In the early days of 2016, I found myself on one of the most rewarding adventures I’ve ever been on. India was calling…
Old and new, colour and chaos, sticky cities and lush mountain ranges – India is a bustling cacophony of wonderful that blazed a trail in my memory long after I returned home.

My senses awakened, my imagination brought to life like never before and my perception of the world changed forever. India is the journey I strongly believe that adventure enthusiasts need to experience at least once in a lifetime. I had some serious bucket-list ticking in India. Visiting India’s finest, the Agra Fort, and then the main event – the Taj Mahal. I was stung with an intoxicating dose of spice, flavour, yoga, beauty and culture. Exploring the world’s most hustling, bustling, and all out crazy cities made me feel like a modern day Indiana Jones.
I can’t forget to mention the food! With all its exotic ingredients, unfamiliar dishes, and tongue-tingling flavours, Indian cuisine can be both exciting and intimidating. Indian cuisine uses the whole palette of flavours—spicy, sour, sweet, and hot all at the same time—making it something that wants to jump off the plate!
Even the biggest and best adventures have to end at some point. Sure I was sad, but I will always remember all of the massive moments.
Until next time! Mikey out!
